Hey Camera Can’t Lie friends!

Eric, here. I wanted to fill you all in few things. A little over a year ago, I relocated to Nashville, TN. While focusing my time on writing and production (AND releasing CCL’s The Album which YOU funded!) I met and started writing with a friend in town, Andrew. Together we created a new project called “Vinyl Hearts”. We spent about six months writing and making a record together at which point one of the songs, “I Am”, was chosen to be used in the 2013 Dr Pepper “One In A Billion” TV Campaign. This is an amazing opportunity I feel very blessed to be a part of and definitely not something that I had planned on.

As many of you know or might have guessed, Camera is not currently anticipating any touring or new releases in the near future. This does not mean that CCL is breaking up or on permanent hiatus. But in our current lives, we are pursuing other endeavors and enjoying the freedom to explore the curveballs that are thrown at us. Kyle and myself truly love each one of you beautiful souls and thank you for the limitless support we’ve received these past 6 years. And I know its a lot, but I need to ask you one more time for that support to continue.

I will be devoting my artistic energy toward this new project, Vinyl Hearts, in 2013, I can’t say just yet what that may include, but potentially some things on the horizon could be the release and promotion of a single as well as touring. I am extremely excited to see what happens this year, as we never really know the extent of what God has planned for us.
